1. Identification & Licence

• Valid passport

• Valid driving licence for the vehicle category (photo not accepted)

• No rental without both valid passport and licence

2. Age Requirement

• Minimum: 21 years

• Maximum: 70 years

3. Additional Drivers

• Only if named, agreed, and included in the rental agreement

1. Minimum Hire

• Standard: 24 hours

2. Rental Window

• Begins at pick-up time; ends at agreed return time

3. Permitted Areas

• Larnaca City and within a 10 KM radius of Larnaca City Center

• No travel into northern Cyprus (“Turkish areas”)

4. Prohibited Terrain & Uses

• No off-road/dirt-track riding

• No racing, speed testing, stunt driving

• No driving under influence

1. Deposit

• Vehicle specific, cash or card, refundable deposit held. Blu Motors LBS has the right to keep them as a security until a due fee is paid

2. Rental Fee

• Full payment due at pick-up (cash or card)

3. Fuel Policy

• Full to full- return vehicle with same fuel level as recieved

• Refueling fee due if not complied with

1. Insurance Coverage

• Third-party insurance included

• in case of an accident, Blu Motors LBS is not liable for the driver and passenger

2. Hirer Responsibilities

• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition recieved (we advice all renters to record the vehicle upon reception)

• Pay insurance excess, any damage not covered, traffic fines, penalties

• Excluded: damage from prohibited use or unauthorized drivers

3. Breakdown & Repairs

• Free replacement/repair for normal mechanical failure

• Renter pays all costs if failure is caused by misuse

4. Accident Reporting

• Must report immediately- exit vehicle and call police/insurer

1. Per Cyprus Law

• Helmets mandatory on two wheelers, seatbelts for buggies

• Scooters with an engine capacity lower than 200cc, Buggies, and ATVs are not permitted on the motorway

• Lights must be on at all times while driving

2. Vehicle Security

• Lock vehicle when away

• Lost/broken keys: renter pays replacement costs

1. Cancellation Policy

• More than 72 hours before pick-up: 85% of fee paid refunded

• 48–72 hours: 50% of fee paid refunded

• Less than 48 hours or no-show: non-refundable

2. Late Return Charges

• 20% of daily rental fee, per hour late

• more than 6 hours overdue- vehicle is deemed and reported as stolen

1. Delivery & Collection

• At our office situated at the Radisson Blu Hotel (Atlantidon 2, Larnaca 6058)

• Outside delivery/collection available for an additional fee

2. Extra Drivers

• Available only if formally agreed, added, and incorporated to the agreement

3. Behaviour & Conduct

• Blu Motors LBS may terminate rental without refund for reckless or rude behavior

• Renter covers any costs incurred

4. Inquires

• All inquires are subject to acceptance of the aforementioned terms , Blu Motors LBS hold the right do deny or accept any inquiry, according to it’s wishes.
